New Perspectives on ADD/ADHD

This class is for those choosing to move beyond the paradigm of pathology and toward holistic and systemic analysis and response to symptoms of human imbalance. Designed for the professional and layperson, this class creates the forum to explore the dynamics of stress: its origins and impact on human physiology – impulsivity, hyperactivity, difficulty focusing, comprehending, participating and interacting with others, working within time parameters and completing tasks, etc. You will leave this class with new strategies and techniques for mitigating symptoms of stress and supporting the human system in coming into balance.
